Salvador Dali has always been one of the best influencial surrealist.
I've decided to use one of his iconic portrait shots with daisies blooming at the tip of his mustache,
and incorporated my style to produce a rendering of a skull,
representing one of his human installation which was
a skull made out of female bodies.

100 artists were invited to showcase their A4 portrait artworks of a person who has
inspired or influenced them positively in their lives to help raise funds for the
TRANSMISSION PROJECT initiated by :PHUNK STUDIO. The Show will be held at
TCC - The Connoisseur Concerto "The Gallery" 51 Circular Road, Singapore
on the 11th of October 2011 till the 15th of January 2011.

TRANSMISSION: PROJECT is an annual experimental incubatory platform for young
visual artists and designers from various disciplinary backgrounds to come together
to showcase their creative talents and exchange ideas. Under the mentorship of
:phunk, this year’s project is specifically structured to facilitate collaborative
projects between apprentices and creatives, artists from outside the program.
The project will be launched in early 2012 as an exhibition
and publication. www.transmission.com.sg
